Cancellation Policies

• You may request to cancel your tour or service for a full refund up to 72 hours before the date and time of the tour or service.
• Cancellations between 49 - 72 hours before the service may be transferred to a different date/time for the same tour or service (according to availability at the moment of the request).
• Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the tour os service date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
• Any no show will be charged 100% of the full price.
